Chart/Quote The Market Vectors Rare Earth/Strategic Metals index tracks the performance of the rare earth and strategic metals segment. The index is a global index and includes companies that either generate or have the potential to generate at least 50% of their revenues from Minor Metals/Minerals or Rare Earth Metals/Minerals. It is run by Van Eck Associates Corporation, a subsidiary of Van Eck Global, a New York-based financial outfit. The index is comprised of a basket of up to 30 public traded companies. Switzerland Only The Rare Earth Elements Fund, which is a niche fund under Swiss law that invests worldwide in companies with activity in mining, refining and manufacturing of Rare Earth Elements. By respecting a Mine to Market concept the fund promises to benefit from the whole value chain. The Rare Earth Elements Fund has been approved in Switzerland by the supervisory authority, the Swiss Financial Market Authority FINMA and is only distributed in Switzerland. The fund is not currently approved for distribution in any other country, and there are no plans to seek such approval.

The index is calculated as a total return index in USD. Commodity Capital AG acts as the index advisor and is responsible for the composition of the selection pool of the eligible companies. The Solactive Rare Earth Index is adjusted quarterly in March, June, September and December. The index members are weighted according to market capitalization. The percentage weighting of each Index member is capped at 25 percent.

The S-BOX Lithium is adjusted semi-annually in June and December. The index members are weighted according to market capitalization. The percentage weighting of the four largest companies is capped at 9 percent, the percentage weighting of all other companies at 4 percent. -
